Brew 1 teaspoon per 250ml for 3 minutes at 100 degrees.
Recommend from 36 weeks gestation drink 1-3 cups per day. Starting with 1 cup and gradually working your way up to 3 cups per day. Discuss with your pregnancy provider before use.

Raspberry Leaf, Lemon Balm and Nettle.
Raspberry Leaf - Raspberry leaf is known to be nutritive to both mother and baby, containing an assortment of vitamins including vitamin B complex and minerals like calcium, iron and magnesium. It's a supper tonic for your uterus, traditionally used in the later stages of pregnancy to strengthen and tone your uterus, to strengthen your contractions and shorten your labour time. Raspberry leaf is also used to support and strengthen uterine health post birth.
Lemon Balm - With its sweet-scented leaves it is the elixir of life, and is known to calm the nervous and digestive systems, with the additional benefits of enhancing the immune system. Lemon Balm is a member of the mint family, it has also been known to be a featured remedy for anxiety, melancholy, nervousness and a host of viral and bacterial infections.
Nettle - Nettle is thought to be a strengthening herb especially after childbirth. Known to be extremely nutritious, Nettle contains iron which is most important during the later stages of pregnancy, and is also used as a glactagogue that supports normal lactation.
